Photo is soft and the colour (indoor photo) is unacceptable, Fuji f50d is much more better even it is much more cheaper
the colour of video is poor. Canon S80 is much better.
The on/off and play/record buttons are poorly designed, small and easy to mix up

I regret to have bought it!!
I will never buy Panasonic DC again
Never buy "Hong" goods, too expensive (~$3190) even this include an extra battery, 4G SD card, screen protector, rubbish tripoid and bag. "Water" goods cost only ~$2040. Powersmart battery is around $120. Screen protecter ~$30. 4G SD ~$110. The total price is only around $2300.
DC seldom needs repair within one year. Hong quarantee is indeed useless.

720P and touch screen very good!

不足25mm,跟GX100 24mm差很多.....

wide angle 25mm跟Lx1 28mm一様,
不知是Lx1太wide,或是Fx520不足數.....
ISO800勉強可用,1600很差!

見FX580就出,function又差唔多,趁仲有貨,用平D Price買左水貨FX500. So far so good. Touch Screen 好好用, 男仔嚟講唔算大部.Photo quality亦好.比起之前用開嘅Ricoh R8, 對焦快,室內photo quality亦好好多.

25mm,有手動,有晒pasm,個款算靚

只係noise 問題,人面只係detact到正面(但其實唔多用)

雖然質素唔多好,but有s mode,影到野多noise,好過少noise而影唔到,因為resize返都可以接受.

25mm廣角鏡實在夠wide，而且有f/2.8光圈，飯局影團體相最合適
開機速度快
zoom掣反應唔錯
S/A/M mode的操作善用了Touch screen的優勢，很好操作
防震出色
機身裝功非常好
重量剛剛好，唔太輕又唔太重，zoom前zoom後都無出現頭重尾輕的情況

有些功能只可用Touch Screen按，有些只可用按鈕按，應該改為2種方法都按得
上下左右連埋"確定"都設在同一粒頗細的按鈕，操作不便
說明書(在CD-ROM中那份較進階的)明顯不及Canon，對相機功能解說有很大進步空間
缺乏部份DC常見的自訂開機畫面、聲音等功能。(雖然大多數用家都唔用)
金屬物料手感高級，不過傳熱速度亦高級，機身熱得頗快

本身有用DSLR同埋DC Canon A710IS(有齊P/A/S/M mode)，見部機已經明顯老化，用全新電池都話無電，先購入FX520的貨尾陳列品(around $1,400)
雖然高ISO唔多ok，但我非常喜愛P mode下可以設定最大ISO的功能。

本人一直用開 DSLR, 嫌又大又重攞出街唔方便, 想平平地買部 DC 平時 snapshot 吓, 在 TZ15 和 FX520 之間選咗 FX520, 開頭因為貪佢 25mm wide 及有 P/S/M/A, 用後就發覺 25mm真係好正, 尤其室內及拍風景一流, 反而覺得 P/S/M/A 不太重要, 始終用卡片機都係貪佢簡單方便, 同埋光圈 set 完效果好似冇乜分別(當然唔可以同 DSLR 比), 平時都係用 auto 多
機身外型亦算靚仔(個人覺得黑色好型), 不過如果再輕 d 同薄 d 就 perfect
3"mon 係就係大, 不過23萬只係勉強夠用, 見其他機 46 萬明顯靚好多
唔知點解連續影完廿零張相之後部機就好熱, 要等佢慢慢凍返先夠膽再影(各位用家有冇呢個情況??)
Touch screen 都算幾有新意, 用來睇相時 zoom 大好方便, 不過整體感覺只係一個 gimmick, 實用就真係一般, 一 d 功能要 touch, 一d 要按鈕, 開頭都有 d 唔慣, 不過好快就適應
ISO noise 控制都ok, 卡片機來講都算滿意

總括來講都算滿意, 性價比高, 同埋見到用 Leica 鏡感覺就更加超值

- small/compact
- lots of features
- handy
- good battery life (and I have an extra Panasonic battery)
- very useful 25mm wide angle
- nice replay function when viewing pictures

- slow in writing to SD card (even using high speed version)
- focus not accurate when using zoom (same happened to me when using FX-7)
- flash is never good with my experience on Panasonics. I tried my friend's Canon and work much better in dim occasions.

This is my second Panasonic. My last one was a FX-7 which I bought when it first came out. I waited till A/S/M features available before buying this FX520. Slightly bigger in size than FX-7 but a lot more 'powerful'.
