My G5 works well with Kingston, pretty good.

i use transcend 30x in CP5000, my friend using the same in G5, both are happy.
personally don't like the brand PQI, as heard of some reported error and compatibility seems not as good as transcend.
also heard of some other friends here mentioned failure of the kingston.
in my opinion, prosumer DC like CP5000 or G5 are not optimised for the 40x CF card, so i will not recommend paying premium to buy "high speed" CF card for these models.
