Hi I am thinking about getting D70 but than I saw the deal with 300D where they include a 512mb CF. Looking at the price of both I think 300D really has a good deal!!! But I have read reviews where D70 seems to be a better camera.

So does the 300D deal justify it as a better buy than the 70D?? I know there are more control over the 70D, but how about image quality? Which is better? Does the ISO 100 on 300D really has an advantage over the 200 on the D70??
