kenting, if you have budget around 14000, i think you sure can have the 20D since the factory list price in US is 1600. time 7.8= 12xxx so, plus the kit lens. you figure it out should you wait?

300D之相片水平有大約10D之九成
要平的,買架銀版kit len行貨
300d是ef-s之規格,就算你upgrade去20d也好,除了直倒&shutter cable外,
其他都仲有得用(550ex)
550ex/sigma ef500 dg super之同級數外閃is a must,否則d相十居其九會under 1/4 級或以上(自己經驗)
and.....七千幾是你的budget....多等一下也無妨,
但如真的要用,預番10d body之budget好些,否則..........買到300d又冇550ex/cf card就很麻煩

To darrens: If 90% of the photo will be under 1/4, can I increase the exposure to compensate?

I am also a potential 300d buyer, just hesitating if I should buy it now or wait for a couple of week more. I am currently using DC, worry if the dust on CMOS issue will be a problem to me because I have never used an SLR or DSLR before.
