i m gonna be a "part-time" photographer in my friend's wedding party...
it's my first time for such kind of functions

wut kind of lens will u bring and wut else????
would you guys pls share yr experience here? =)

i have 20D, sigma 18-125 DC, and Sigma DG super.....only
it's okay to get one more lens....which is not over $2000...well....

除非你一定要遠距離影一對新人,否則sigma 18-125 DC都可以
CF咭最好2張,
Sigma EF500 DG super要視乎情怳調+/- FEC
if you have kit lens(18-55), use TV mode indoor
but if you have Sigma 18-125...for indoor pictures..try to use TV mode
but for outdoor photos, you can use AV mode
please use RAW mode while you can make pictures afterward with photoshop to set correct WB
飲宴方面, 則用TV mode, ISO set to 400-1600 can be acceptable in 20D

其實閃光燈是必須的,在室內或在户外偶有强光暗位是須要補光之用.

如果只着重記錄過程當然要張張清,閃光燈可選定F5.6或F8.如果要令類或要捕捉氣氛當然最好自然光,但要計算會場光源是否適合,如果教堂最好捕捉下氣氛,或許也要用補光,自已看嘗時的需要.

如用FEC功能,最好不要用連拍,否則D測光會不規則
將反光板鎖起(mirror lockup, CFN 12)會對畫質有良好表現,
但要慎用此function.因為整個cycle waste最少2秒

thx everyone.....
i want to use a shutter speed of 200-250...so that i can make sure every picture stay sharp. Interesting that either the Aperature keep flashing in Av Mode or the EV value go all the way to -2 and keep flashing. No doubt the camera want to tell me it is under exposed, but when i try a few shots around, it is correctly exposed ~

conditions: 20D + sigma 18-125dc and sigma dg super

If outdoor with sunny. Otherwise indoor may make background too dark.
