There are many here mentioned that 350D is better or eq to D70s!

but if you do not know technology,please shut up first!

if you work in electronics engineering, signal processing,etc.,than I do not need to tell you the fact and truth,'cause every one knows, CCD is much better than cheap CMOS !!

CCD technology is used only for highly demanding imaging devices or instruments.

For example, The pixal per micro meter of CCD is 2 times more than that of CMOS.

just do not compare CCD to CMOS, they are uncompareable!

regarding "soft" and "sharp",when you see a pictures taken by 350D,we know, they look more softer than that by D70s,why??????????

because,the cell current of CMOS which contributes to general noise level is perhaps 100 more times CCD!!!

This is why CANON 350D needs to somth(soft ) the picture in order to low the noise effect. D70S do not need this kind of processing.

That fact is well known over years and I found this old message in every textbooks. If every new comers are supposed to be following their precedents then why we need engineering?

CMOS真係垃圾, cheap爆,NOISE又高過CCD,
感光又低過CCD(CMOS=30%, CCD=70%+)

真係唔好意思,算係小弟無知,D2X都已經係NIKON的高階機,各位會認為高階機種會怕買的人AFFORD唔到?阿做engineering的大哥,你有見過有怕人買不起BENZ,波子,而刻意去個D質數差一點的ENGINE嗎?你買不起AFFORD唔到就唔會死去買BENZ係嘛,如果CMOS真的一點有取都沒有,CMOS一早就玩完左啦工程司,有講錯請見諒.
