If you are planning to buy an SD card for Canon camera

Only certain makes are compatible. After filling the card to about one third of it's capacity, an "unidentified image" error is shown. I think this applies to all Canon cameras using SD cards, definitely the S2, SD300 / IXUS 40 and SD500 / IXUS 700.

Here follows a summary of good/affected cards:
GOOD: SanDisk, Panasonic, Agfa, Transcend, PQI, Toshiba, Dane Elec
BAD: Fuji, Integral, Kingston, PNY, Bytestor, Digistor

The problem is not with the manufacturers of memory cards but with the Canon implimentation of the SD standard.
