do u take lots of pictures in-door?

both camera's ISO only up to 400..... but FX9 has mega OIS stabilzation which helps abit @ low light condition shooting (not @ action subject tho)

is movie mode important to u? both camera can record 640x480 30fps BUT Sanyo E6 can use optical zoom AND its movie's low light capture abillity is better than FX9's

are u kinda careless person? i mean....if u think u're, Sanyo E6's non-extruding lens design should suit u more than FX9's traditional zoom lens.

E6 also allows for frame-picture function ~~
