I brought the W10 based on the above reviews - W10 used to be a cheap camera (under $2000 with 1GB SD) but the SUPER CHEAP 百老匯 marked up the price when it got the exclusive rights to sell the model (i.e. I bought the water goods and you wont get hong goods anywhere else). W10 is new selling for around $2600 in 百老匯.

I have an SLR and I look at the price point when researching for a waterproof camera. I am expecting I am hitting the camera a lot and it may get all the scratches when I go to the beach. And I may drop the camera in the water ;-)

So below are few things you may consider:

- Price
- Super 粗用 - scratches all around even after one beach time
- Hire a camera and deep water case if you do scuba diving very occasionally

For those casual water sport players: the $50 - $75 is a good and cheap option ! You know what I mean scratches all around if you try it...and mind you, Pentax W20 is out already !!
