其實400D 新出時既價錢比450D仲貴:

EOS 400D 連一支 18-55mm Kit 鏡的建議售價為 HK$6,880，而淨機身的建議售價則為 HK$6,180。

其實Canon同自己比, 450D vs 400D,
450D加多左好多野入去，
而家開賣價仲比400D平少少，
我覺得無乜問題喎～
只係有對手比佢賣得更平(齋機計)，
但係DSLR既野從來 鏡>>機身架啦，唔係咩？
機身平有乜咁大優勢？

另外想問下 450D vs 40D,
除左 連拍能力 之外 仲有乜大分別？

guys,

high iso low noise performance,

400D iso 1600 > 450D iso 1600 = A350 iso somewhere between 400-800.

I think the pixel for 450D is a limit unless Canon do something in the newer model, I am a bit disappointed by 450D's iso performance but it still much better than A350.

Go to this link to compare on your own, but the focus on 40D's test photos I think should be out of focus. You can select two different cameras to compare.

Take special attention to the pattern on the clothes on the left hand side when iso at 800 and 1600 for different camera, D300 is clean but the cost is lost of details on those patterns. For noise take special attention to the black mug at the lower right hand corner.

40D focusing much faster than 450D, I would say 40D is the fastest focus and most accurate among Canon all non-1series bodies
focusing 40D > 5D > 450D or 400D
body built stronger, heavier and bigger but this can be good or bad depends, for travel 450D or 400D will be better in my opinion.
higher FPS and buffer size.
The liveview, AF for 450D is better than 40D.

400Dkit的定價是$5400,則450d賣$6800不太過份,可能兩個月後會有舖賣$6100,body賣到$5,500則很好了.相信它相片的質素會與40d相去不遠,只比40d輸了快速和金屬機身,但又勝了輕便和夠cute.我想會買部用.
