i think picture quality wise, all three should be more or less the same good.
really depends on your own requirements la.
i personally use nikon 5000, the strength of it is the built-in cover of the 28mm wide angle, weakness is the lens isn't 'bright' enough at the tele-end, and weak autofocus (i haven't compare this with the others, but compared it with my EOS SLR and Leica point and shoot, its slow).
otherwise, i am very happy with the picture quality and functionalities.
