I m a F200 user, I have no regret using it.

Agree with Ousia ! If you don't mind paying more, I am sure that Canon S45 is the best choice ! Kodak DC's photo quality is still a bit worse than Minolta or Canon's ! I am F100 user but I still believe that Canon S45 can produce better photos than F100 or F200 !
