我部IXUS 400
當對光的時候
LCD 芒會出現直或橫白色一條線
along 果個光既 axis
粗幼在乎光的大少
在夜間對街燈最為明顯 ( 大家可以試下 )
canon 說是 ccd 對光的 frequeny 既問題
部份型號會是這樣
( 但我其他兩部相機 , S30 和 C730 都無咁既情況 )
我亦試過用佢既機都是如此
因為係咁 , 所以無得換
雖然對相質沒有影響
但對 MOVIE 卻表露得一清二楚
所以我覺得係very 吾得!!
佢又話係咁無得換

吾知其他用家有冇此情況 ?

although it is normal, I think it is an unacceptable " normal ".
My frd DC S30 , C730 never show this problem.
Also, it make the movie a little ugly.
Do you think so?
Which kind of models will cause this problem?

Me too,
I have asked Canon hotlines, boardway sales and N-digital 成哥and got a same answer: It's normal!!
So I think don't care about this problem la, the most important that Ixus 400 give me is photo quality and stylish design

其實我想講我真係買左先知囉
因為我很少留意討論區 + 尊注留意用家心得所致
評分問題真是對不起
因為我個frd 生日我用我的機拍 movie
結果是cake 上的candle 出現一條一條直白紋
感到失望....

I've bought it on 14 July, 2003, I'm the beginner.

1) I saw some red colour at the middle of the LCD when i take photo
face to the window, is it normal??

2) I cant use the correct focus to take photo, can u show me?

3) Can anybody show me some photo by Ixus 400??

1. When u preview with LCD, have red color or not??

2. Indoor or no flash or not enough light is difficult to focus

My DC really has a problem
I have taken the DC to the Canon Customer Service and compare my DC to their one and show that my DC really has a more serious problem than the other one.
They have check it and give me the replacement.

Personally, I think you should phone to the Canon hotline to ask them about your case rather than waiting the result here. They can give you a more and clear detail about your problems

I'm happy that if i can photo the pic like u, is it IXUS 400 really can do that??

I can only use auto now, i 'm very hard to learn the user guide and computer software, it's very difficult to understand......
