我用緊G9, 岩岩先開始用DPP, 因為我見有D STYLE好似幾好玩,
咁我用G9黎影RAW啦
入到PROGRAM睇唔到野因為係.CR2
之後我CLICK右上角O個個Batch process>convert raw images only
但係佢出左decoding failed
我已經係3.7.2 同埋install左個raw code1.60
開唔開我係64bit win7 問題呢?

The Batch Processing is only used to convert Raw to JPEG/TIFF. In this case the issue is you don't even see your .CR2 files in DPP which is very strange. I use DPP too and I didn't need to do anything after installation for it to recognize .CR2 files.

Which OS are you using? If you are using Windows 7, are you able to see your .CR2 files thumbnail in Windows Live Photo Gallery since you already have Canon Raw Codec v1.6 installed? Don't even think you need to install Canon Raw Codec in DPP separately. You may want to reinstall your DPP again from disc and see if it helps.

Your case is really strange....... please check software updates from Canon website for Win7 OS.
