I've got 24-70 2.8 already and want to buy a lens with wider angle for landscape pictures, still struggling between the two.......

Is 17-35 2.8 too old? It has been launched since 1999.

Please advise.

講影氣勢,14-24就別無他選,但考慮鏡頭無得加filter,就必揀17-35,所以過得自己無filter保護哩關,影wide angle,就只有14-24啦!

for easy maintenance, 17-35 f/2.8 is much better.

Unless you r taking something special. Otherwise, 17-35 is easy to maintenance, adding filter to protect lens and good performance
