請問各位師兄，當在一埸籃球賽中，想鎖定一個球員作拍攝對象，是否應採用51點3D連續追焦呢，需要怎樣setting 才能可以鎖定一個在大堆移動人物中的其中一人呢？請各位師兄詳細指點最佳方法！謝謝！

You have to use continuous shooting. On the D700 set the button of "C/S/M" to "C". On top of camera, dial to CH or CL. On focusing, choose the middle one (dynamic). All of the above are buttons on the D700 and not in the menu.

To lock in the basket ball player, you aim at him/her and half press shutter, the camera will lock it in. Then keep pressing the shutter to do continuous shooting. The result should be very good.

Settings I use are:

1) Shutter Priority and 1/500 sec or faster
2) ISO 200 (outdoor sports)
3) Camera to decide on aperture
4) shut down D-lighting (cos it could slow down the continuous shooting)
5) do not use RAW (only Jpeg) - same reason

That's it.
