I brought my SLR camera in this shop 7 years ago. When I came back home and checked the accessories once more, I found than the strap was missing. I then called the shop and they asked me to go back to take it. I did get it back later.

However, the Sigma lens had been out of order only after I used several times within a month. So, I went to the shop and told them the problem. The sales were nice and replaced a new one for me and requested me to take the warranty card back. I was delighted to such good service but as I did sure that they had not given me any warranty card for the lens, I immediately told them the fact. The sales then asked me to go back home to check it once more. When I came back home, I did only find a warranty card for the camera, nothing for the lens. I thought it might be due to the carelessness of the younger (around 35 - 40 years old) sales So I called them back and told them the whole story. The sales were not as polite as before but I did not really care because they had already replaced a new lens for me.

Therefore, I think that $1 is not a "Black Shop". The only thing you are required to do is to check the items carefully before you leave.
