Hi All,

Beware ... I am a Casio EX-Z750 user. Within warranty period I bring the camera to repair. Its charge me $900 to replace the LCD because of my careless broken the LCD ... Its OK no need to pay labour cost because within warranty period. But the LCD cost $900. I am not sure expensive or not ... any ideas?

After warranty (only past 11 days ... bad luck) ... my camera got problems again ... power on / off no response .. and bring the camera to repair again you need to pay $100 for checking and NO REFUND ... that time they quote $2450 to repair the camera including REPLACE the LENs parts, front and back cover. REMEMBER everthing need REPLACE .. they DONT KNOW HOW TO AND WHAT IS REPAIR. And buy a new one only $2300 now ... and I ask them can i just replace the LENS and not replace the cover and they tell me the LENS $1850 ... Ooops ...

The repair cost in my opinion is very expensive and really NO SENSE the repair cost is higher than I buy a new one and their service manner is REAL BAD as well .... BEWARE ... Are they providing repair service ??? or every company are like that?

That is only my experience and want to share here ...

Beware when buying camera you have to check out warranty as well ...!!!

其實樓主有著數,只須$100就知道是否要放棄維修,在外邊就有可能一之幾百,幾之後就變為3仟。所以現在之dc,如果損壞,二話不說,去買過新的。

其實唔止DC, 所有新o既電子產品莫不如是。
