 Canon 24-70 or Tamron A09? Post time: 9 月 30 日 |

dear all,
I'm a newbie in DSLR. I got 400D with 50 f/18 II but lately thinking about getting a standard zoom lens. Now, I have 2 choices - Canon 24-70 or Tamron A09. I have 10K budget and realized that is good enough money for Canon 24-70. My concern is, with APS-C camera, 400D with Canon 24-70 is kinda waste in terms of the cost of the lens (around HK$ 9300). If you were me, what would you get? Please share your comments.

Canon 24-104mm F4 IS USM, HK$8000左右
如果將來轉FF都非常好用!

upgrading to FF will not happen in next couple 2 or 3 years, I guess.
Personally prefer high apenture as I always take pic indoor.
my main concern is, i am a newbie and if i buy Canon 24-70, it's kinda waste, isn't it?
