I would like to ask if there is any good flash unit for my 350D ,no need to have great guide no. (only for exposure compensation).And how much is it?

If you do not need the auto functions at all, then a $200 (GN20+) brand new semi-auto non-canon flash will do the job.

2nd hand Canon 430EX speedlight... (430ex's only weakness is not recharging fast enough... 580ex is much better)
