Dear all,

Does any one have a recommendation on how to stand correct on a monopod? currently I am standing kung fu like style with my feet standing like L shape and the feet of the monopod on the side of my right foot.

The reason is that if I am going out to do photo shoots outdoor, I want to be about to move fast and sometimes in places there isn't room for a tripod. (plus tripod is too clumbersome)
