偏光鏡 - A filter with 2 pcs of glass that you can trun to reduce certain angle reflection of light. Mainly to reduce reflection from :
1. Glass and surface of water
2. Sky and make the sky deeper blue when facing east and west.

累光鏡 - Filter is to block certain wave length of light to go into the lens
Some polular filters are :
1. UV for blocking Ultra Violet light to reduce haze UV and improve the clarity of the image.
2.Color filter such as orange to produce evening feel.
3. Special effect filter such as star filter for night shot.
4. Neutral Density filters and Gradual Neutral Density filters reduce the amount of light. The Gradual Neutral Density filters are very useful for landscape picture taking because the sky is usually much brighter.

It is optical design restriction for add on lens..

為何有些DC在廣角時會變形?
It is the vanishing point make us feel distorted.

什麼是變形?
There are 2 types of distortions.
Usually one for wide angle and the other one for tele angle.
Less distortion len cost a lot more due to the optical design restriction.
