我未同過F300, 但係基本上你毋須要即時影黑白相, 在photo retouching (e.g. photoshop) software 將彩色相轉就得

Well, I own a F-200 myself. Honestly, you really have to spend time to play around with your machine and read the used guide cause it is quite easy to do so ...

Turn to "M" mode, then press "Menu", choose your option in "Colour Mode".
