The cheap very fast charger are only $130 with 4x 2200mAh AA and 2 x 800mAh batteries included.
The charging fees for every battery is about $0.2 each time according to GP's advertisement poster.

oh sorry , I didn't memtion that the charger I memtioned before is 2hrs (both 2 or 4 batteries) .
If you think it's too cheap , then buy the well-known brand charger.
