但我岩岩發現佢CCD 有一點死點
想請問係咪可以換
同埋係咪要十日內呀

i tried to buy DC at fxxxxxxx, at the time i purchased, they said i can exchange another DC if dead point was found (even 1 point), but when i found one dead point, the staff at shop refused to exchange. Finally, i complaint to its CS dept. they then like 換比乞兒咁換比我

anyway, u can try try.....the worst is ask their shop manager to handle it, or ask for refund! then they may exchange a new one
