Is there anyone know that what should be the setting of the dehumifier carbinet? Should it be set to 40% or below.

Will it be harmful to the lens if it is too dry?

Yes . Do not set the cabinet below 30%. Otherwise the lubricant will be dried out and it is harmful to silicone and rubber.
