I would be grateful if anyone can tell me which is better in terms of picture quality, faster focusing speed, reaction and functions.

Both models are outstanding 5MP dc.

In terms of photo quality, both are good. It is difficult to say which one is better as it is a subjective feeling

In terms of focusing speed and reaction, 5060 is, without doubt, better than G5.

Regarding the function, once again, very similar except the following:-

1) shutter speed
G5 : 1/2000 to 15 whereas 5060 : 1/4000 to 15

2) lens
G5 : 35 - 140 mm whereas 5060 : 27 - 110 mm

3) Aperture
G5 : 2.0 - 8.0 whereas 5060 : 2.8 - 8.0

G5 seems to have slower response.
Please try them thoroughly.

玩o左兩部機好耐，其中最深刻的，係用部機影d鮮紅的東西，發現5060出黎的色自然、真實好多...

最後我朋友都係買o左5060~

3)640x480無間斷短片
4)手感一流
5)機身扎實

OM la! It's good but no for memory card (XD Ma).

C-5060 can use either xD card or CF card. However, if you want to take panorama photo, you have to use xD card.
