Response time for LS443 is quite slow ! Shot to shot time is almost 6 seconds ! For sure it is not good for snap shot ! But Kodak's color is really saturate and many people like Kodak's color !! Also the Dock's for LS443 is really easy to use ! But overall, I believe that V3's performance is better than LS443 althought LS443 is a 4 megapixels DC !
