I use 400d with a16, and I'm wondering to buy a tele for my comming trip to Japan, May anyone of you give suggestion to this?
p.s. range prefer to be 50-250 or 300mm, outdoor photo.

They are great choice.

It is useful to have a tele zoom lens for a trip.

Cheaper option but of great value is 55-250mm IS. It is light in weight too.

Whichever you choose, I think IS is important (to help with handshake/safety shutter speed).

70-200mm F4 IS / F2.8 / F2.8 IS is the best one but cost $10,230 is too luxury for me; so I much prefer gwu1's suggestion. By the way, how about Sigma 18-200 F3.5-6.3 DC OS or any other?
