Be Careful of buying Stolen Goods - Serial number 244707506 (Olympus C5050Z)



Dear Web Friends

Should you or your friends aware anybody/second hand DC shop selling Olympus C-5050 Z with Serial number 244707506 PLEASE DON’T BUY IT and report to the police (or contact MongKok Police Station) immediately. It is because the camera was being stolen last night in MongKok and the incident has been report to Mongkok police station eventually.


The incident happen at around 11:00pm last night (1 Jul 03) when my brother park his car at Dundas Street near the Pak Yue Commercial Building to get back some documents from his office. As he thought it would only take a few minutes he just place the camera together with the camera bag on the floor of the car. Just only a few minutes later he returned to the car and was shocked by knowing that the car window was broken and the digital camera disappeared. Without a doubt he report to 999 immediately.

I don’t expect my camera will come back but………..

By the help of this web site, I hope all the web friends here could do me a favor and forward this notice to your friends, DC shops and other web sites to avoid them buying any stolen goods and get into trouble in the court.


(PS: For all driver who love taking photo, don’t leave your car alone on the street in anywhere of Mongkok (especially with luxuries in the car) or you will be regret to do so sooner or later!!!!)
