1600x1200size ok ??or need to bigger size

I have 1600x1200 print on A4 paper with a 5x magnifier I found lot of grains.

Look at it from about 3 feet distance it is just a normal photo to my eyes.

In my humble opinion, it depends how you look at the photos.
Professional standard is quite different from amateur.
