I am thinking to buy one A900 with 24-70 2.8, how do you compare with D700?

i think a900 + carl zeiss 24-70 2.8 better than D700

i think the quality of a900 below iso800 is better but above is worse. furthermore, the accessories of a900 is expense and not so good like flashlight.
