I am a new user, only have one prosumer camera (Canon i3) and now I want to buy a Canon 400D, here have some questions:

1) Where to buy? besides the body & lens, what other accessories I need to buy (excluded the battery/ CF card/ bag.....etc)?
2) What is the normal market price?
3) What is the lowest price?
4) I think the lens in the kit set is not that good (base on the comments from the this site). If I only buy the body set, which lens do you prefer? what's the price of that lens?
