請問點樣可以影到正在飛行中的鳥 ,即是怎樣替快速移動的物體做對焦及按快門. Thanks.

有的話用連續對焦.冇的話估焦距

For Canon 350D use AF focus / AF servo works very well.
Use Continuous focus in Panasonic FZ series also works
Manual prefocus may work using small aperture eg F22

I am using D70. Since the bird is moving, I need to move the camera to chase the bird in order to keep it within the viewfinder, I worry about how can I get clear picture in such a circumstance that press the shutter while the camera is moving.

Don't 'worry' la.
Just go out and shoot.
Let see what the result is.

I use tripod to shoot birds but some member just hand held with good result with D70.

1) 高ISO ( 可以用高速D嘅快門速度 )

2) 高速快門 ( 用嚟涷結動作 )

3) 低光圈 ( 等主體易於中焦 )

不過都好難影嫁...
