Free make-up artist want, and I am happy to pay your colour material cost.

Date: September or October a weekend day
Place: hotel room
People: 1 female model & 1 photographer
Paid: Nil, with a set of photo given back to the MUA
Colour material cost: claim with receipts
Remarks: the model has outline type tatoo on her body
I want a Japanese feel painting cover on it
I expect to complete the painting with 2 hours
