I want to buy my first DC, A70 & IXUS 400 seems good but hard to decide!

I saw a Hong Goods A70 at around $1800 and a Water Goods IXUS 400 at around 2600, which one is better??

Yes, I have IXUS400, but its a full auto camera. The 9 points focus was hard to take the focus which you want to. But the camera's weight is light that I can take it belong to me.

Moreover, I have another DC model C-5050z. A lot of setting for me to
create my own picture.

So, If you want to buy your first DC, A70 can give you more creative.
