請問有冇人用Kodak EasyShare DX6440 ???
我剛買了此機, 但係仲未成功將相傳送去電腦度,
想知係唔係要用新電蕊先操作到傳送功能??
因為我用隨機送的電(已用2個鐘), 但係電腦detect唔到相機,
我就用剛charge好既recahargeable 電試, 終於出到個transfer box,
不過好快電腦又話detect唔到相機...

請問呢個問題係咪關電蕊事??? 抑或係因其他問題???

You should open the software first, and then plug in the usb cable to the pc. Finally, try on the Dc.

i hav tried so, but still can't get the "transfer" box out for me to transfer photos from dc into computer....what can i do???

Not enough battery is no big deal, it works also.

you better try other usb ports like the ports behind the Case, if can't , u may try other pc...
