I went to buy Casio QV-R40 on Sunday but out of stock, the sales suggested the above two DCs, and told me these two can take 3 mins movie with sound ...

I am a beginner and just want a DC which can take good quality pictures and easy to use, no need for manual function, which one is better for me, I just know the following between them :

IXUS II - 320MP, SD Card, CCD 1/2.7", 2X zoom

IXUS 400 - 400MP, CF Card, CCD 1/1.8", 3X zoom

What's the difference between SD and CF Card, apart from price, is SD card faster?

Also, what's the difference between CCD 1/2.7" and 1/1.8" ... any difference for printing 4R photos.

Can you tell me which one is more suitable for me. Thanks a lot!
