Good photo quality? Good, but not the best in the same class!
300 megapixels? Yes
Take video with sound for at least 60s? Yes, only depends on your card size and speed!
Easy to use for a beginner? Very very easy!
Less than $3500? $23xx
Not too heavy? Quite light
Nice looking? I think so!
Long battery life? Very very very long!

Wan Chai 298, just include 8m SD, you can buy one there cost 595 SanDisk.
but I know another shop at 2/F just cost $580.
