Under $3000, My choice will be FX-1 or G400, or Nikon CP3700.
Reasons, FX-1, Anti-Shake; G400 fast response and more functions; CP3700 user friendly and useful scene modes.
My opinion is 'Feel' it before you buy it, most important is you own feeling on the DC. 唔好心急, 慢慢來.
