就算係係部相機個LCD度睇都係咁~

Don't quite understand your question.
If you have panned your camera when shooting the video, that means each time the combination of background is different. So is the brightness. If my memory is correct, the DC will use the exposure data in the first frame for the whole of the video. So sometimes it may be too bright and sometimes it may be underexposed in certain parts.
