In short:

- Switch to Custom WB #1 or #2
- Hold a piece of white paper (or find something white) in front of the camera so that it fills the screen
- You may use a colour paper if you want to deliberately make some special effects
- Press the shutter
- If okay, "Completed" will appear.

(但我比較少用 ^-^ 、因在室內我會用{閃燈白平衡} )

Yes, the setting will be stored, even when the batteries are out.

You can press "OK" instead of the shutter when you change to Custom WB to use the stored setting.

I don't think you can store more than one custom WB profile in each slot.
