It's depends on whether you have lens already. If you have no lens burden, I would suggest D70

I took the D70 because it's better looking, faster continuous shooting(important for a D-SLR), the lower crop factor and the better lens that it comes with(18-70 vs 18-55).

basically noise is come from the CCD and no lens can change it so I don't want it since you can continued shoot over 100 shot and it all come out rubbish! anyway you won't like Mr.Tung even if he look like wah chai!
so I think you should buy the one have a better picture mother. I vote for 300D.

Due to the cost of the DSLR set, and I like Canon Lens PRICE is better, so although I sold a 300D before and want to change to D70, but now I brough again 300D , due to no more $$$$ to buy Nikon Lens ^-*
