買了會很多限制...
當中我想SD10畫質會不俗.

去到$14000，無須考慮300D和D70了。機身始終是低檔次，300D膠機一部，D70眼看OK，拿上手還是一笑，那個反光板更是重得嚇人，閃燈又是多多限制。$7980在DSLR中暫時算平，但其實一分錢一分貨。 DSLR最貴的部份不是外穀，收你8千銀給你一件硬膠，你看部傳統EOS30好樣得多，功能相近，都是賣$2900！

S3Pro未出，但信其S2Pro的囗碑和最新super CCD。
D100和*ist用同一CCD，不是新產品了。
反而SD10冷門但CCD夠賣點，機平鏡平，慳錢好過買D70。

雖則300D膠膠地，但俾$買機質素唔係先決條件嗎？300D同10Dcompare其實差得幾多呢？節省o既錢貼多少少整支小小白或17-40唔係更明智嗎？小弟用緊300D，影得都好開心…所以倒不如買部cheap cheap地機身，蓄幾支又耐用質素又好又o岩自己用o既鏡頭，等遲下有新機出先再換，唔係仲好嗎？希望canon會出類似D2H咁o既功能同價位機o既機，等我呢D低檔用家可以有升級o既空間，小弟愚見。

You don't always need to buy a very good, top of the line DSLR. In fact, you need a camera suitable for you.

If you don't have any lens in hand, better buy a lower price body and put more budget on lens. In digital, changing body equals changing film, you need to catch up with technology and have to change body a lot more than film SLR, depending on your requirement. A high quality lens is something you don't need to replace.

If you have some good lens already, you have to choose body depending on your photography needs. If you have quite a lagre budget, go for those top model for the best. But now, you have to choose.

If you need fast focusing, better buy Cannon as her focusing speed is mostly depend on the USM lens, not the body. Around 75 lens : 25 body dependence.
However, Cannon's CMOS image is not sharp enough when compare to CCD images.

If you need best image and control means nothing to you, Fuji S2 Pro should be great. I own a S2 myself as most of my works are studio portrait. I need very detailed image with great skin tone and speed is not a matter in studio.
If you want if to be fast, use a non body dependent lens. I used it in fashion week with a AFS 80-200 and the speed and response is great.

Under this budget, you can't expect too much. At least you can't buy a fast DSLR with very good image quality. So you have to make a choice, depending on what you need.

So it means that you spend $14000 but get a so-so DSLR. So why not just stick on a DC and spare the money to enjoy film camera?

Yes, agree with spend more money on buying good lens greater than spend on buy a expensive hightech body, you ask "$14000元以內，邊部單鏡dc最好" I think you haven't any lens on hand, so my opinion also said depend on to choice the lens you need first, if you made a wrong decide & bought a numbers of lens & accessories, found not suitable for you ,difficult to go back, martin said right, Canon's nornal lens also have quiet and fast focus, best image quality, but image soften, Nikon lens and CCD sharpen but compare with Canon 's image smoonth than, another lens's choice- Sigma SD10, I also concert of it Sigma mount 's lens only can use on a few Sigma body,less choice, not my suggest,

Switching brand is not good to try!

I was an ex Cannon user, 3 years ago, I trade all my Cannon (2 body 5 lens 2 flash and many more accessories) with Nikon F3.

Until now, I still believe I love Cannon system more. However, I can never go back.

I'm lucky that I love Fuji's Digital and Fuji use Nikon lens. If there's a Cannon body with Fuji's CCD, I believe I really have to switch back to where I started........ ^^

Anyway, please really consider what you are expecting for after switching to DSLR. Ricer also has a point in "stick on a DC and spare the money to enjoy film camera".
