請問S1的攝錄是否真的那麼短命^^(256M)

The cannon s1 manual mentioned that the maximum file size is limited to 1GB (11 mins) while olympus c770 is unlimited.

I downloaded the movie sample of cannon s1 and olympus c770 from web. Both are excellent in terms of video and audio quality.

File size for 1 min movie:
c770 - 20MB (MPEG4)
s1 - 93MB (AVI)

USB:
c770 - USB2.0
s1 - USB1.1

Storage media:
c770 - xD
s1 - CF

What a pity that movie captured by S1 IS is so large is file size. But the movie quality is so good, especially when the IS function is on.

I am very impressed with the 2 speed optical zoom function in movie capturing and the continuous IS ability. This bring the S1 IS capable to produce DV quality movie clips. This is very useful for me occasionally need to capture short high quality movie clips.

我都覺得奇怪
新出又會成日都賣斷市,又唔係搶購
我都覺得係代理特登唔出咁多貨
可能真係好似jun-aoto咁講怕影響Pro1?銷路
但係又會唔會係怕s1會快跌價,所以控制個出貨
因為我個人應為s1始終係300萬,唔係咁值而家呢個價(我指公價)
