AFAIK, most of them. However, for some advanced functions, elder lens may not work as well.

Maybe you can list your lens model and the DSLR model you're looking at.

You mean Canon's EOS 300D, right? Both 300V and 300D use Canon EF mount and support Canon EF lens.

Note that since 300D's sensor is smaller than a 35mm film, it will result in a 1.6x field of view crop.

For example, a 18-55mm lens will become a 29-88mm lens on the 300D.

It's not that the magnification is enlarged but that the image is cropped.
