唔知條數是點計的？

I don't know how the formula to calculate the multiple ratio. And I don't want to save such figure on mind. Just use my eye to make discision or so. I suggest you to buy EF 25II. I felt it is comparatively useful...

EF12II is "an extension tube" for add the macro function to all the EF mount len;
EF 2XII is "an extenter" for multiple the focal length of some telephoto lens. Notice: not all the EF mount tele lens can use it. Double check the support list of it...
