Does anybody remember that Unisoft and dcfever have jointly organized some digital photography courses in April 2004. In the introductory seminar, the hosts have promised the first 30 persons who enroll these courses will entitle to receive a digital camera as a course completion gift. A written redemption document said that the camera can be obtained between July 15 and July 31 at dcfever store.
The course is nearly finished, but the whole class still cannot get their promised cameras! Why? Unisoft had called me that the camera will not be obtained within the promised period. The reason is: "DELAYED SHIPMENT". The lady over the phone promised me that the camera will be ready for pick-up on August 2. Well, I have no other choice besides waiting.
Today is August 2. The course is almost finished. I brought along the redemption letter and payment receipts to dcfever store to pick-up my camera this evening. The keeper said: "No camera is ready for pick-up yet, because he didn't receive a name list from Unisoft. Please come again after a FEW DAYS". What is the point? What is the meaining a few days? I have my payment settled, I have the redemption letter, and I have come to pick-up on the promised date. What's going wrong? The keeper insisted not to give me the camera even he had stocks. I contacted Unisoft immediately, but the receptionist said that I have to wait until the name list is ready. Well, I tried to talk to her supervisor. But, she said the supervisor has left. I am very frustrated about their atitude. I have a feeling that they are 扯貓尾. At last, I still didn't get my camera back. They "PROMISED ME AGAIN" that the camera "MUST" be ready before next Monday. Both Unisoft and dcfever did a extremely bad job here. They have the responsibility to work the process out. I have lost all my confidence and trust to these parties which have absolutely no promise and no guarantee. I swear that I'll boycott Unisoft and dcfever.

雖然不是與攝影有關,但還是想和ehklee分享:
在剛過去的星期日, 聽到有人在電台上這樣評論當日(1/8)的閱兵安排, 他說為什麼當日的入場票是一人有兩, 三張, 因為這樣他便取不到入場票.
這時節目的主持所出這樣的回應--現今, 社會要求更多的公平, 公正, 人們要求更多的權利( 和福利), 但是人也變得自私了, 只從自己的利益出發, 事不關己的, 就強調要公平, 但只要和自己的利益有關的, 就步也不能讓, 一定要先照顧我這個"弱少"的個體, 不體諒我的, 就是不公平, . . . . .
我們是否可以有一點包容, 有一點體諒的的心呢?

雖然你講的故事可能與ehklee朋友的事件無關,但我非常同意你的講法。曾聽到一些父母刻意訓練兒子的耐性,因小孩在兒童時期如習慣了受遷就和寵愛,長大後便容意缺乏忍耐。君可見現時大部份的小朋友都很容易‘蜢憎’,一不喜歡便發老脾或扭計,不肯妥協。
其實人長大後要面對的環境都很需要忍耐,北上大陸工作的就更需學會忍耐和妥協,做sales和服務性行業的就不用多說了。
ehklee朋友,
從你的case中我以旁觀者的角度看,也沒覺甚大不了,起碼沒有跡象顯示unisoft和dcfever要騙取你這部數碼相機,只是需時較長而已,有錯的亦只是處理得比較零亂罷了。
在此又想起有個朋友說,她每次回到家跟丈夫投訴說公司的人和事如何的不濟,她丈夫總是報以一句,無問題丫,係甘架啦,正常哦。後來她問丈夫,丈夫跟他說,如過我每次都報以同情,給你安慰,那你就一定覺得自己真的受了很大委屈,你就一定會不開心,反正這些事每日都會發生,避無可避,那又何必執著呢。

離題:
無疑包容同體諒就是人類文化的一種美德;相對人類以外的動物。久而久之,可能會變成軟弱又不自知地失去自己的根據。
從估計數字中,五十萬人兩次上街可代表怎麼?更多業餘式拍友不嗇公本拍下見証的一刻,成千上萬!
可以解釋為每個人都對【公正】都有一個底線,為甚麼一小撮人為求自己利益,就放棄公眾的公平權利,要大眾為他們包容、體諒?
每件事不一定要力爭到底,但凡事都應有合理解釋,才可達到【包容、體諒】

各位實在太有修養了, 但是否將層次推得太高呢?
我是ehklee的同學, 感同身受, 對以上兩團體的你推我讓, 氣憤難平, 一方面說換領名單未預備好, 另一方面又說船期遲了, 只是不停的叫我們耐心等待.
由開學到現在, 已經3個多月, 理應足夠時間準備一切, 如還說時間不足, 那是什麼工作效率呢? 想當日還出信加打電話追我們交尾期學費, 那為何不將所有事情一視同人呢?
講到jackman兄提及的"白紙黑字", 簡直另人氣結, 在我們的換領表格上寫到的換領日期為 7月15-31日, 但unisoft在7月15日前打電話給我們說貨品的船期延遲, 承諾8月2日可領取相機, 想不到8月2日到了defever, 有同事竟然說我們 "過了期"! 當然那個只是援兵之計, 目的只是想我們繼續等候.
過了一關又一關, 之後又說我們的換領表格欠缺unisoft的蓋章, 要我們到unisoft再走一趟, 到了unisoft, 在我們一再追問之下, unisoft的工作人員也不得不承認內部出了問題, 他們即時和我們核對資料, 証明我們交足學費, 還說明天會入票給dcfever, 我們後天便可以換領相機. 終於水落石出了, 事實就是unisoft未付款給defever, 那defever就未能將禮物送出.
提到 "包容, 體諒", 那為何辦學團體的 "承諾" 可以盪然無全呢?!
我們不是在這裡開壇爭辯, 只是想將事情講出, 並提醒各學長不能只是耐心等候, 有很多機會與事情不是待人給予, 是要自己努力爭取的呢!

With my knowledge and life experience, I fully understand what are the meanings of 公平, 公正, 包容, 體諒,...etc.
Do you understand what are 服務承諾 & 信譽? Have you ever watch the TV commercial about 今時今日的服務態度?
In this incident, I have followed all the criterias they set in registration the course; I have paid and settled my tuition fee on time; I have stepped back once for their reason on delayed shipment; they have guaranteed that I will have my camera on August 2; how come I still can't pick up my camera on that day? Can you tell me why, except saying all those grand concepts of humanity?
The reality is: "Both Unisoft & dcfever set the rules black and white, but they are also the one who breached the rules".
If I didn't fight for my consumer right yesterday, do you think that they will concern their lousy communication and arrangement? I have already gave my patience once, but they pay no respect on trust between us. I'll keep my right in reporting this case to the Consumer Council.

I just wondering have you ever really read to our messages deeply?
Honestly you dun seem appreciated to everyone who is annoying to you on every aspect. Even speak a word to say THANK! Something like "who is asking you". You know what? we dun attempt to guess what is the right answer your are thinking.
We do know something is gone wrong via your message upon, subject to put our opinion among on different points of view. If you believe the fact got only black or white exclusively, that's up to you! Coz we do like to take color pictures.
