I buying a DC for my wife to shoot photo for my 2 yr old son, which of the above is a good choice.

I need a light, simple and easy to use DC so wife can handle it. My son moves too fast and my current Canon A40 cannot handle him anymore.......

If there are other better choice, please suggest....

I bought a Casio Z40 for my wife, she loved it very much, For picture quality, Sony W1 is better than Z40 (my office have one).

For ease of use, large LCD screen, very small, light, quick start up and very little shutter lag, Z40 is a good choice.

My wife's sister loved the Z40 very much. She instructed her husband to sell his G5 and buy the Z40.
