I want to buy a 70-200 2.8 IS, but the price difference of almost $2000 has pushed me to think twice about going for water goods. I can have 2 1G CF cards with the money , or add a few hundred I may get the new 580 flash.

Anyone has bad experience with watergoods Canon lens? Tin Cheung promises a 1 week lens for lens exchange if any problems. Is that shop reputable in this regard?

I bought my 100-400 in Man Shing and test it right there, the first copy has probable focus problem and the salesman did offer me a second copy and I'm impresssed by that. Any input will be highly appreciated.
